Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

EXNOIR currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel upon delivery before accepting it.

If the parcel contains the wrong or a damaged item, please inform the courier immediately and contact us.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
