What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
How long does delivery take?

Can I check my parcel before accepting it?
Yes. We encourage customers to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if you receive the wrong or a damaged item.
Can I return the product after delivery?
No. Once the parcel has been accepted and the courier has left, returns and exchanges are not available.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if EXNOIR delivers the wrong or a damaged product and the issue is reported during delivery.
